My Covid puppy was definitely a mamas boy, but after two private sessions and a five week class with Joe at K9 Academy our quality of life has improved dramatically within our family to enjoy our dog. We affectionately referred to our new puppy as Cujo. Georgie's anxiety and fear of people definitely inhibited his ability to enjoy outdoor walks, car rides, and visits from family and friends.
Joe's knowledge and expertise were life-changing in helping me to understand my dogs behaviors and gave me the education I needed to correct them and train my dog properly.

Joe was very nice and explained all the commands that were used. It was a great experience for me and my 3 month old German shepherd.

Inquired about fixing dog aggression on the leash and was referred to a friend of the owner who wants $1000 a week boarding training with comments that otherwise I will have to give dog away. Taking advantage of people trying to scare them is very unprofessional. Before you choose trainer have at least three opinions and quotes.

We have been working with Joe for a year now going through both Basic Obdience and Off-Leash. He is available to us off-hours and is so helpful and patient! He made our first dog owning experience very easy through his guidance and advice.
