K9 Control Training

What an amazing organization. They are with you every step of the way, and really make you feel comfortable leaving your best friend with them. Our trainer, Hannah, was responsive to all messages and did such an amazing job with our dog. It is obvious she has a ton of knowledge and true passion For working with dogs. The proof is in the pudding! The handover process went extremely well, and we learned so much from her.

We did the 4 week board and train program for our 97 lb buddy, Reese. Previously we had considered doing a board and train program but were hesitant due to the cost and not wanting to be away from our furry baby for a month. After reading the comments and how positive they were, we decided to move forward with the process. I cannot express enough how thrilled we were with the results achieved through our experience with K9 Control Training. It is 100% worth the money. If you have any hesitation whatsoever in the beginning, by the time you get your dog back you will be more than satisfied and very impressed. Our dog Reese’s behavior has been completely transformed, and we owe it all to Hannah 2.0 expertise and dedication. Our main issues with Reese included leash walking and reactivity, being neutral around other dogs, and just overall obedience and listening to commands more quickly. Now Reese does not pull on the leash but walks right by our side. He can sit and lay down with a simple motion. He can walk by and interact with other dogs without escalating behavior and getting over excited. Our day to day routine is so much easier now that we can walk him with ease and not have to worry about him trying to run up/pull to see another dog. Hannah used an e-collar for training and even went on to teach him recall both on and off leash. The day we picked Reese up, she went over every single thing he learned. We then practiced in front of her to make sure we were doing everything correctly which helped tremendously. Bonus - The trainers offer group classes once your dog goes through the program. They are free and a great way to give your dog safe socialization and to practice other skills.

We have had such a great experience with K9 Control! Koda has been back for almost two weeks now from training and we have seen so much improvement. We work with him everyday to keep the training up. He has become much more mature and listens so much better. When we took him out to restaurants with us before he would be restless and whine a lot. Today we took him and he was so calm and enjoyed his time. So thankful for the trainers and all they have done! Ali did an amazing job and we are so grateful for her. Cant wait to attend our group class!

K9 Training was the best decision we’ve made for our 3 year old husky, Atticus Bleu. We were always so fearful of taking him out in public due to him trying to start fights with other dogs and trying to run after any other animal he saw. Now we can easily take him off leash and allow him to play fetch without the fear of him running off. Thank you DeAndre, who did amazing with Atticus. He had answers for any questions or concerns we had and was available for a follow up a couple of weeks after Atticus got out of training. The group classes are very informative and fun. They recognized Atticus at our first group class and made sure everything was going okay with his training by giving us tips on what we needed to focus on with his training at home. It was a great first time to see how he does in a park full of other dogs. Thanks again DeAndre and his K9 team!
