I brought my dog to Kim the first day for training and was very unimpressed with her approach to the class. She seemed to not care at all if people are understanding the training process (she spoke very quickly and was very confusing to try to learn from). Another person in the class had to tell her to slow down her speech because he also couldn’t understand what she was trying to tell us. She just kept saying to look on the links she sent (I didn’t receive them initially from her). I guess she really doesn’t care about what she is doing and only cares about the money. I was really surprised and disappointed that the second time the class met, she had given my spot to another person (she said it was because I hadn’t gotten a chance to go online and pay her but I had attempted to pay her for the class the very first day I got there but she couldn’t be bothered with trying to get my credit card and vaccination information- even though I waited for her at the end of the class with everything in hand!). Kim is a very unprofessional person and she honestly doesn’t care about what she is doing. Please take my advice and don’t get your training done by her. I wish I had gotten to get the training done by the other trainer at the company (I was able to sit through a portion of her class before going to Kim’s class and it was completely different- far more instructive and you could see that she was really interested in the person and the dog were going to see positive results). She even mentioned to me that “Kim has a different approach with her training “. I now understand that she was really right and it certainly not worth going to Kim at K29 L.L.C.
