Kabler School For Dogs

Our Great Dane completed their residency course. Concerned about my Dane's anxiety, I researched trainers in NC, SC, GA and VA. I went to visit the school first and was impressed with the facility and how calming it was. You don't hear dogs barking. They are not a boarding facility. They train dogs and their love for it shows through. His training went very well and their follow up one of one training is great. The best part was seeing our Great Dane get so excited to see his trainers again. I thought he would be hesitant to return after training but that was not the case. Highly recommend them.

I left my two Belgian Malinois at the Kabler School for dogs in Asheville for the six week board and train over six months ago. I took them as far as I could with the basic commands, but I realized I needed major professional help with simple on-leash walking, basic obedience, and off-leash training. My Mals worked mostly with Nick (who they adored) and I found his calm and cool demeanor with my high-energy Mals quite astonishing. More importantly, his expertise was invaluable. Both Nick and the owner, David, worked with me for two days when they were ready to come home making sure I knew how to continue with the training. To this day, they remain so well behaved on and off leash, home alone, and in a variety of social situations. When I walk them together at Home Depot and other dog friendly stores, I get tons of praise. At first, I was debating on whether to do the four week or the six week residency and I opted for the six weeks and I’m so glad I did. Worth EVERY penny! During those extra two weeks they learned to work in tandem, off leash, which is unbelievable. Now I’m looking forward to dock diving lessons for these guys! The office is run so efficiently, with Candy running the show to answer questions and schedule follow up training sessions. I have called several times over the past several months with questions and concerns and David is always quick to respond and resolve my issues. Living in Northern Georgia, the two hour drive to Asheville was not an issue. Without a doubt, taking them to Kabler, was the best decision I ever made!
