Karma K9

We paid a deposit for a training service almost a year in advance. After a few days we were concerned it wasn’t the best fit for our tiny dog and requested to cancel. They were too greedy to issue a refund despite it had only been a few days since we paid and service was over 9 months away. No one was put out by our very early cancellation at all. Don’t recommend—they don’t care about you or your dog, just getting your money. They will not do the right thing.

I see some very positive and happy customers sharing their experience with your services. I am looking for a company to train my 9 month old american bully. Very friendly and fun to be around all the time. However, no manners and often does not listen to my commands. I am curious though. You as the owner, respond to all the great feedback your customer shares on your site. However, for those who are not completely satisfied also share their experience but no response to address their concerns. Any particular reason why/

Our puppy, Deema, just very successfully completed Karma K9’s 4 week Boot Camp and has been transformed! Still curious, spirited, and energetic, he now has manners and good behavior! He is on his way to being the ideal pet! He was, not only well trained, but also well looked-after and loved by all the staff. When we took him back for handler training Deema was excited to see his Karma K9 family, human and canine. I am so impressed by his trainer, Kyle, so much so that Deema’s new nickname is KEMA for Kyle’s Emergency Management Administration!!! He was very thorough with us and gave great examples and explanations and he made sure we had progress reports through the 4 weeks of training. They included still shots and video clips of training sessions and also playtime with the other puppies! That made it a little easier to be separated for so long. Pricey, yes, but so is your beloved dog and they are well worth every penny and you may not need to board and train. We live on a barrier island off the North Carolina coast so that was our best option. I highly recommend using Karma K9 for your dog’s training needs. They offer several programs so give them a call to discuss your own best option. You will be so glad you did! We are very happy and so is KEMA!
