Absolutely livid with this place. If you value your time and prioritize clear communication and respect, stay as far away from this place as possible. At first my experience with them was great until it wasn’t anymore. I wanted to put my dog in boarding for the night, scheduled to drop him off Friday and pick him up Saturday. The day i was scheduled to drop him off i go inside and the lady says she can’t take him because they’re overbooked for the weekend. I did not receive a single email informing me that my appointment got denied nor did i get any phone call or text message. I live 45 minutes away from this place and it was 9 in the morning and i needed to head off to work so not only did they make me miss hours i could’ve spent at work but they forced me to drive back home to drop him off and spend another hour heading to work. They wasted my time and all the money i wasted on gas because of their lack of professionalism. If you value and respect your time and your money, don’t come here because this whole event was absolutely ridiculous. Just like how we cater to your time, i expect you to do the same with mine and the fact that you didn’t even bother to inform me at all and made me waste so much money to get here truly upsets me. I will try unleash fido, maybe they’ll actually care and respect their clients.

Karma K9 did a wonderful job giving our 3 year old rescue some basics and confidence. She had so much separation anxiety when we left for work and would spend the day barking and trying to escape. Within 2-4 day after she returned from the board and train she is relaxing all day easily! She barely has any desire to chase cats in our neighborhood when it used to be very difficult to pull her away. The staff is clearly very knowledgeable and text frequently with updates, overall can’t recommend enough!!

Curtis's commitment to understanding and addressing behavioral issues in dogs is truly commendable. Apollo's journey through the Off Leash Board and Train program was nothing short of incredible. This program goes beyond obedience training; it focuses on behavior modification and building confidence in dogs. The weekly report cards filled with pictures, videos, and detailed updates were a delight to receive and showcased Apollo's progress beautifully. What's even more impressive is the lifetime trainer support offered after completing the program. Apollo and I now have access to unlimited brush-up lessons and assistance whenever needed. This level of commitment and support from Karma K9 is unparalleled. Training with Apollo at Karma K9 has been an absolute joy. It's not just about commands; it's about strengthening the bond between us and having fun together. The team's dedication and expertise have made a significant impact on our lives, and I couldn't be more thankful.
