Ali was wonderful helping us with our new “quarantine” puppy, Luna! We had no idea how to train a dog and because we got her this March, we were not able to do in-person lessons. Ali spoke with us over the phone, covering all of our questions and starting us out on the right track. We then moved on to virtual lessons, which were fabulous and so helpful! Ali would demonstrate training techniques with her dog, Rugby and then we would copy with Luna. It worked out really well with the training from home. Ali was available for questions and guidance. We are very pleased with how well Luna has learned to sit, stay (for a good period of time), come (even from far in the backyard!), and has learned manners at the front door and to wait for approval before eating her food. We highly recommend Key2K9!! ☺️

Ali has really helped our pug curb many of her bad behaviors, including aggressive guarding behaviors and a “little dog” alpha personality. Lola came from a pet store, and with it, many common puppy mill problems that contributed to her bad behavior. Even though she is 6 years old, she has taken to training exceptionally and is like a new dog! Ali has really helped alleviate a lot of the stress she was causing us, especially with a new baby. The simple behavior modifications Ali has taught us have really helped Lola gain confidence in obedience and her place in “the pack.”
