When I first came to Tommy at Knox K9 Academy, my goal was to help my Standard Poodle, Ollie, become more social, confident, and obedient. Tommy was confident from day one that he could help, and he absolutely delivered. Before training, Ollie was reactive toward people and other dogs. Over the course of the 8-week program, his transformation has been incredible. He now confidently responds to commands like sit, place, down, recall, and break—and he's happier, calmer, and much more obedient than I ever imagined possible. Of course, successful training requires consistency at home, and we'll continue reinforcing everything Ollie has learned. But Tommy gave us the foundation and the tools to succeed.
