Kyser K9 Dog Training

We put our 5 year old Rottweiler in the 10 Day board + train, and his results are amazing! All of our concerns were addressed. Our dog used to pull while on leash and get easily distracted or reactive to his surroundings. Now, he walks right next to us, knows his commands, and has shown amazing improvement in obedience. We were out of town during his board + training, and Shelby sent us regular updates, photos and videos of our pup, which we loved! We are so excited to bring our pup to the group trainings Shelby offers to her trained dogs throughout the Tampa area - another amazing service Kyser offers! Shelby’s passion and skill for dog training is evident, and we could not have selected a better trainer. She made us feel comfortable through the entire process, and made sure we understood how to best continue his training after his time at Kyser ended. While picking up our dog, she took the time to teach us and help us practice things like walking him, showing him “place” and telling us her tailored advice for our dog’s behavior. She even provided us with a new collar and leash for him. Thank you Shelby!

Shelby was able to elevate my relationship with my dog, Stan, to a whole new level. We focused mainly on off-leash recall and standard obedience, and the results have been incredible. Since getting him back, it’s been amazing to take him everywhere with me and have the confidence that he’ll listen and respond every time. Not only did Shelby train Stan, she trained my girlfriend and I too, which makes all the difference. Having a well-trained dog is great, but understanding how to communicate and lead him has been life-changing.

Shelby and her crew came to my house today, and within five minutes, she was reading my dog like a total pro. Oh, and the consultation? Totally free. Yep, FREE! Our pup’s been showing some possessive behavior and gets a little reactive outside, so yeah, I was kinda nervous. I’ve spent a couple hundred bucks on other consultations and still wasn’t feeling it. But Shelby? Not only did she teach me new tricks while she was here, she was working with my dog the whole time.
