I’ve had two dogs trained by Kyser K9, and the results were incredible. Our first dog needed help with leash etiquette and public neutrality, while our second needed confidence and behavior training—completely opposite needs. Kyser K9 mastered both with ease. They truly take the time to understand your dog and what they need. After moving out of state, we even drove back just to have our second dog trained by them, because yes, they really are that good. When we picked up our dogs, we received detailed instructions on how to maintain their progress and were encouraged to reach out with any questions we may have. Sending my puppy to Kyser K9 for board and train with Shelby was the best investment. She and her team have exceeded my expectations. I was provided with daily video and photo updates, which helped me feel connected and aware of the progress. She also gave me clear instructions for continuing the training at home—which is the most important part if you want lasting results. I cannot find the words to describe how amazing Shelby is at training. I have had two other dogs trained years ago before I found Shelby and the training methods used in the past were extremely questionable. Shelby is the kindest most compassionate person I have met and she loves the dogs as if they are her own. She kept us informed with pictures and videos throughout the process which was above and beyond expectations and we could see the progress our rescue pup was receiving.
