do you have any recomendations for trainers who can help w bigger dogs from the shelter? trying to get them leash trained and basic manners so they can get adopted. some of them have been there too long! Please if you know of any
Hello, thank you for the message. We train all sizes. At this time we don’t have the personnel to train pro bono to help dogs get adopted. With that said we donate and support the Delaware Humane Society on a monthly basis. It is a goal of our company to help train dogs in the shelters to help get adopted but we are just not there yet. Recently a german shepard was added to our home. She is 4 years old and great with people. She has attacked one of our other dogs unprovoked 3 times. Will Training get her to stop? The other dog is much smaller and I don't want her hurt.

They are caring and trustworthy professionals.
Lead the way is incredible! So professional, knowledgeable but most important so loving to our dog. They helped us be better dog parents with our training and also have boarded our dog while we travel. Cannot recommend enough!

We can’t say enough good things about the team at Lead The Way! We have referred several friends and family members over the years. Not only did they do an amazing job with training our lab puppy during a two week course, but we choose this establishment for boarding every time we need it! Our dog loves going and is able to play outside with other dogs all day when boarding overnight- he comes home very happy and very tired and we can’t ask for anything more!
