Kris and Nicole did a phenomenal job training my 13 month old German Shepard Husky, Vader. Not only did they teach me how to get the most out of each training session, they coached my family how to properly handle and work with my dog so he can get the same training at the highest standards. I can confidently walk my dog off leash and give him all the freedom he deserves. I can’t thank them enough for completely transforming my dog for the better. They are both very passionate about working with dogs, training them to the highest standards and are very patient with the dogs they work with and their owners alike. If I could give a 10 star review I would! We couldn’t have asked for better results. We brought our 6 month old mixed breed pup (Miss Penelope) in for the day training program. Our goal was an obedient, off leash trained pup that could accompany us to local breweries and outings without issue. When we came in, Penny was anything but that. She wouldn’t even walk on a leash, was stubborn, and very much wanted things her way. We weren’t sure 4 short weeks would do the trick, but Kris assured us that we would have the dog we wanted by then. Nicole worked with Penny, and after just a few sessions we noticed a shift in her attitude at home. No more resource hoarding, sitting and staying when told, and improvement on the leash. After 4 weeks - we were shocked, especially considering Penny's age and where she started. Nicole was just the trainer we needed - her patience is unmatched. Penny is now fully off leash trained for outings, and place trained for when we are at home. We can’t recommend this trainer enough! Such a great experience with even better results.

We chose Legion K9 to train our 7 mo-old Lab, Jasper. He’s got great personality and loves people…often too much and can’t calm him down. In public he was totally out of control, so we never took him with us. We are rural, so letting him outside on his own was an invitation for search party for Jasper. After his recent graduation, his recall is 100% and we take him with us almost every day. Even just for a ride in the truck, he’s ready!But most of all, Nicole taught us how to communicate with him. He’s still a pup, and does puppy things occasionally, but we now know how to deter bad behaviors (most of the time). Thanks Nicole, we’re really enjoying our buddy! He’s the best, and so are you!
