Do you offer services for dog-to-dog aggression?
Yes, I absolutely do fix dog to dog aggression. I often times find the dog is not aggressive but reactive instead. My dogs will be able to tell the difference if the dog is aggressive, reactive, or sometimes just nervous or excited.

You trained my Chihuahua a couple of years ago to stop trying to bite people. That was awesome. I called you a couple of months later and you explained the house breaking for the hard to housebreak dog. Can I still come to class?
Yes. Classes for my clients are life long. If you have a specific or new issue please call me. No extra charge for extra help.

I went to Gwen for help with my dog’s aggression towards other dogs. For the first few months, she was very helpful in this department and I definitely saw great improvements with my dog. She told me if I ever needed her she was a phone call or text away. Unfortunately my dog began to become more reactive and develop aggression towards humans. I expressed my concern to Gwen and was told I simply wasn’t correcting my dog hard enough. I tried improving how I corrected my dog when he would snap or bite at a human but saw no improvement, so I continued to ask Gwen and her trainers for help. Gwen continued to tell me the same thing each week and ignored my messages about my concerns. When I asked other trainers working for the company for a second opinion they would tell me that I would have to go to Gwen for an answer. I am very grateful for my dog’s improved dog to dog aggression, but extremely disappointed that I was not properly instructed on how to help with my dog’s human aggression. I understand if Gwen did not know how to handle my dog’s human aggression, but she should have been able to give me some insight at least on another source or who to recommend to help my dog in this situation. As she gained more customers she did not pay attention to my dog when he needed it and it forced me to look elsewhere for help.
