FirstBarkJohn is absolutely AMAZING!!!! There is so many great things to say about him and his training methods. I was super nervous about sending our girl away for a week, worrying that she would think we abandoned her. John made sure to ease my mind and sent videos and picture's daily of Eloise (our lab puppy). I can honestly say he loves what he does and loves the dogs as well!

I have over 30 years experience with dog ownership and training. I got interested in dog training in1972. I have worked with and trained protection dogs, service dogs and family dogs. All of my training is done at my private training studio located behind my home in Lexington South Carolina .I only allow one dog in my training program at a time so that I make sure I give you and your dog the best training results possible.

From our first phone call to when he brought my dog back to me John was nothing but professional and kind. My 5 year old rescue dog left with no training whatsoever not even knowing basic commands. John took him from that to a well behaved and attentive dogs in a week! I couldn’t be more impressed or thankful.

Brought my 8 month old Lab puppy, Beau, to see John and it was amazing! Got daily videos of updates with what he was learning and could always call to check in if I liked. He wanted to make sure Beau’s behavior had improved before I got him and I could tell he has a passion for dogs! After picking Beau up I’ve never seen him so calm as he was dealing with being very anxious and reactive. Very thankful for the tools that John gave Beau and I so he can now have a better life!
I was in a pinch with my Doberman not going up the stairs in my new house. John came to my house & within just a few minutes he had my dog upstairs! He is wonderful & was a great experience. Very pleased.
