FirstBarkIt used to be good, place was well managed, grass was cut, staff was friendly and things were great. Had both my dogs trained there and boarded on several occasions. Not sure what has happened over the past few months, but its just not the same anymore. Maybe new management. Not a first choice anymore.

My pups love coming here! The staff is warm, attentive, and clearly care about every dog. I always feel confident knowing my dog is safe, happy, and getting lots of playtime. Highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a trustworthy and fun place for their furry friend!
Took my precious little elektra to stay while i was out of town! Ms.Anastasia was very helpful & caring towards my puppy, it relieved so much stress knowing she was in good hands! i got so many pics of her happily with techs and being loved on!! Once i got back i heard from all the lovely staff how fun it was taking care of elektra! def will be using again In the future!

The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the daycare and boarding is fine. My dog does always come home super dirty like he rolled in dirt. Our dog completed puppy training in 2024. We let them know he was anxious and they said they had experience and would be able to train him. They also told us it would be unlimited one on one follow ups, which they acted completely confused about after. After one training session we picked our puppy up and he was violently throwing up stomach bile. He did not stop throwing up bile all night and we had no idea what the issue was. After calling and asking them they told us they gave him mozzarella cheese. WITHOUT our permission. They neglected to mention he was sick when we picked him up even though he would have been vomiting already. We had to take him to a vet emergency room and spend over $200 dollars on nausea medicine and hydration for him. Additionally, they barely apologized after we told them. To top it all off, he was not trained at all. They switched trainers for a couple of sessions so he obviously did not feel comfortable enough with them in order to be trained. Overall, I would not recommend for training but if you need daycare boarding, this place is fine. Update: They said they were going to reach out but did not. We continued daycare there as he was comfortable with the staff for daycare. That does not have anything to do with the fact that he was given cheese during training without being given permission. As for the “lifetime guarantee”, every time I asked about follow up training they acted confused and unhelpful. My dog (and I) learned nothing during training.
