LowCountry K9

Absolutely Outstanding, Our dog Kai is a sweet and lovable Shih Tzu but she has been attacked by another much larger dog, not had great experiences with people in her past at times, and definitely recognizes her size at 10 pounds. Needless to say this has made her extremely anxious socially and a dog who is just about to go on the TSA “no fly list”. She was in need of help. So we chose Low Country K9 to help her enjoy life a little bit more. She has only been attending Day N Training and Daycare for about two weeks but we have already started to notice a change in her behavior for her better. Their communication with us is outstanding, whether it’s the daily updates when picking or dropping Kai off, videos, pictures, or text messages being sent to us. We are kept up to date on Kai’s progress. Their daycare has also helped Kai adjust to a routine and being around other dog’s especially “Blue” just the right size training Buddy. They also offer additional walks and one on one time which is also great for Kai. Jillian and Alex are excellent trainers and very knowledgeable. All of the Low Country K9 staff have been amazingly caring and friendly but also at the same time very professional validating our choice. We Highly Recommend Low Country K9, their staff, and all of their services, you will not be disappointed!

I can’t say enough great things about Lowcountry K9 and their 30-day board and train program! My dog Dale truly benefited so much from his time there. The training was top-notch, and I could see real progress throughout his stay. Alex kept me constantly updated with training videos, which was so reassuring — I could actually see Dale learning and improving, which made me feel confident and excited. Jazz also went above and beyond by sending me regular photos (of his BIG smiley face!!!) and keeping me in the loop with any updates or questions I had. Their communication and care were outstanding. Thanks to their thoughtful suggestion, Dale now rocks SPF shirts to stay sun-protected — something I never would have thought of on my own! He enjoyed being down by the water front downtown and his first trip to Lowe’s! A huge thank you to the amazing team at Lowcountry K9 for not only helping Dale become more obedient and well-mannered but also giving me the knowledge and tools I needed to keep things consistent at home. 10/10 Highly recommend taking your pup here even for your day care and boarding needs!

I truly couldn’t recommend lowcountry k9 enough! I was struggling with potentially needing to rehome my dog due to aggression - when they gave me a shot at training it completely flipped my dog & more importantly made it possible for me to keep him & still have my home be safe for my baby. I can’t thank them enough 🫶🏻 they are all smiling faces when you go in, and always go above and beyond not only for your dog but also you.
