LowCountry K9

My dog, Scout just finished his 10 day board and train session at Low Country K9 Resort. Before the 10 day experience he was spending one day a week there for daycare and training for several months. I could tell that Scout enjoyed going to LCK9 so it wasn’t worrisome leaving him there , although I did miss him! It is very evident how much all the personnel, who work there, enjoy what they’re doing and love the dogs. Not only are Frank, Caroline, Alex, Jillian, and Jazz wonderful their knowledge and expertise in training dogs is wonderful too! Scout has only been home two days and my neighbors are commenting on how much better behaved he is. I am thrilled with the improvement in his behavior in my home! I am very grateful to LCK9 for helping my Scout learn new skills and for helping me learn to be a better pet owner!

I can’t recommend Low Country K9 Resort enough…. If you’re thinking about dog training, this is the place! I have a 9mo old puppy that had a good handling of the basics, but needed some refining and serious work in leash training. From day one, both myself & my dog loved the staff and programming of Low Country K9. The day-and-train program worked great for our schedule and needs. After just a few sessions, we had a dog who we felt comfortable taking in public & walking on a leash was no longer a chore. We will be back in the future for daycare & boarding needs.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with LowCountry K9 From day one their professionalism, knowledge and genuine love for animals was clear. We sent our one year old Xolo mix Kai to the 3 week board and train program and the transformation was incredible. The entire team were so positive and sent pictures and video updates along the way. Kai’s trainer Alex took the time to understand my dogs unique personality and tailored the training specifically to our needs. They worked on everything from leash walking and recall to impulse control and socialization. Alex was incredibly supportive and encouraging. He explained the why behind every technique and gave us the tools and confidence needed to continue working with Kai at home. My once anxious and reactive pup came home more confident, responsive and well mannered. I whole heartedly recommend Alex and LowCountry K9 to anyone wanting lasting results and a strong bond with their dog.
