We are so sorry to hear this has happened to you. We need to know what your dogs name was so we can investigate this situation and solve this matter. If you had an issue or problem with your dog when you picked up, it should have been taken straight to management and/or Tony (the Master Trainer), we do not tolerate anything in this nature and we do not accuse anyone of abuse we just ask questions if we notice something is wrong with your pet, because we care about the animals. We do not abuse dogs here and we would never let it happen. We have a very strict policy for abuse and profanity; it is immediate termination. So this is a serious matter please let us know so we can clear this up and make things right. We have no record of you coming in can you please let us know what is the name of your dog. Thank you

This is really make me feel very sad, will still do my best for the love of dogs, we boarded this puppy in our kennel, i have to pay the employee to feed him and to walk him daily and clean his run at least twice. I put an ad at CL & FB, and when the owner call after we close for 2 Hours I opened the company for him ,and when i told him about the boarding expenses ($ 40)he refused and said he does not have it ,I said ok just fill the application and you to have the name and information for who pick the pup, he refused to fill the application and i was worried that about the whole thing especially when told him you do not have to pay anything and he still refusing to fill the application, have to call police escort to fill the application,
