FirstBarkJust picked up our Xena and she was so happy to see us. Worked so well during our class! I am so thankful for Nikki and her Bo. They teach with love for the dogs and that means so much to us. Xena was healthy, safe and very intelligent we hear! Now we get to take all that know how home and put it to work! Our mission is to provide a safe, secure and clean "Home Away from Home". Bedding and toys are welcome but will be supervised.Please bring your dogs food with you. It is best to keep your dog on its regular diet.Normal routine for the kennel is the dogs are fed, watered and aired in the morning and as needed. They enjoy playtime in one of the twenty two airing yards morning and afternoon during the cooler hours. Midday, nature walks and pond swim playtime are also available by request. Be sure to ask us about Train & Board or Brush & Board.

Mill Pond Kennels offer two levels Dog Obedience Training Programs. Basic dog obedience is on lead training that will address most common issues and training with your dog such as leash pulling, teaching heel, stay (extended sit), here or come, NO, Jumping Up, etc… Advanced dog obedience is an add-on off-lead training program. In addition, Custom training programs can be designed to fit your family’s lifestyle. Mill Pond Kennels offers puppy, basic, and advanced group dog training classes as well as Private Dog Training Lessons. If you want to reach a terrific achievement with your dog, let us help you reach all the levels of the AKC Canine Good Citizen titles.

Super grateful for the job Mill Pond did with my sweet Piper! She's always been an excellent dog, I just needed to be able to communicate with her properly! They taught us both how!!! Piper is so much more calm, listens and doesn't need to be leashed! 10/10 recommend bringing your babies here!

I cannot say enough good things about Nikki and Mark. I'm on my 3rd Dalmatian puppy in 2 years -- his puppy foundation was superior in comparison to what my older two received elsewhere. I just scheduled to bring my older guys to Mill Pond for the off leash training as my puppy is doing so well and remains so consistent after being home for a few weeks now. They do an excellent job for a great price! Their boarding prices are also pleasant for the multi dog owners such as myself and my dogs all enjoyed themselves.
