We came across Mike at a nutrition event and reached out. He’s not only knowledgeable with training, but is a wealth of knowledge on pet nutrition. Our german short haired pointer has some leash reactivity when seeing other dogs and pulling. Mike was able to resolve both in just one session. He’s extremely patient and genuinely cares about each dog. Mike still reaches out to check in on our dog’s progress. We will definitely continue using Mike in the future in the event our pup needs a refresher.

I have a 5 year old German Shepherd named King who at the time was extremely reactive to other dogs and pulled on walks. After just 5 sessions with Mike, King now heels on and off leash. Mike reassured me that training takes both the dog and the handler to understand one another. He also explained that his reactivity won’t resolve overnight, however, he no longer lunges at other dogs on walks and I understand his body language much better now thanks to Mike. Mike will take his time and work with both you and your dog. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Our dog had a fear aggression towards all men, it got to the point where he bit someone. I knew this was a serious issue that had to be addressed right away. When looking for trainers, a few wouldn’t come in person due to the fact our dog bit someone and only offered virtual sessions. Then we found Mike! Mike came out to our house to see our dog in his habitat and assessed the behavior (almost got his hand bitten off in the process). Mike took the time and patience with our dog and also with ourselves. Our dog has so much more confidence and we can now communicate clearly with him even in new environments. We highly recommend Mike to anyone who needs a better relationship with their dog.
