Since 2012, Molasses Creek Dog Training Team led my Marion C. O'Neil CPDT-KA, CTDI has supported families throughout Upper Bucks, Montgomery County, and the Lehigh Valley with positive, science‑based (fear, force and pain free) training for dogs of all ages. Whether you’re navigating puppy challenges like biting, jumping, and house‑training, helping an older dog learn new manners, or welcoming a rescue who needs patience and confidence-building, we’re here to guide you.
We also offer free puppy socialization (Yappy Hour) to give young puppies a safe, structured start with new people, environments, and other puppies. Our goal is to build trust, confidence, communication and manners so you and your dog can enjoy a lifetime of success!

We’ve done a bunch of dog training classes with several dogs in various places, and while most of them were pretty good, Marion’s outstanding training skills make her classes special. Marion is very knowledge about in what she does. Her FREE puppy class is so helpful in helping your pup learn socialization skills (especially when you do not have other dogs to bring them around.) She helps you understand why your dog may be acting a certain way and how to help them. When we wanted to take our training a step further, she offered us loads of information on the class that would best fit our puppy’s needs. Not only was the class informative, but she is more than open to giving you tips/information for a specific behavior problem you are seeing in your dog. Our pup is very high energy and she gave us ways we can help him get it all out during the day. We have seen a major difference in our dog’s behavior since signing him up. Molasses creek dog training did a great job with my stubborn hound mix. Marion gave awesome tips and it was amazing to see how the group's composure changed throughout the duration of classes. Would definitely recommend.

My dog Yogi and I just completed the 5 week Focus with Distractions course taught by Marion O’Neil. Marion’s course was excellent and the materials she provided are a valuable resource for us to use in Yogi’s maturation. I would highly recommend Marion’s course to anyone wanting to learn the tools, techniques and exercises required to help your dog focus in any environment.

Our girl Avery loves seeing Marion and her dog friends at training. Puppy Manners and Focus with Distrations are complete. I see a Trick class in her future. Professional, punctual, friendly dog training for the pups but more often their humans. Highly recommend.
