I highly recommend Molasses Creak Dog Training. Marion if very informative and helpful with any questions I have had. My puppy Paxton has become such a wonderful pup to be around. We completed manners one and two and just finished tricks class, which was a blast. At times I felt awkward and made mistakes, Marion was patient and helpful. (Other trainers that I experienced were not patient and made me feel inadequate, which discouraged me.) Training your dog really forms a strong bond. We are looking forward to the next class on focusing, so Paxton who is 6 months old will be able to attend outdoor events in a calm manner. My brother had not seen Paxton in 2 months, commented on how well behaved he was during his visit. Also loved his tricks .

If I could give more stars I would!!!! Signing up for Molasses Creek Dog Training was the best thing I could have done for my relationship with my puppy! I would have paid double if I knew what the results would be. I have completed three courses so far. Puppy Manners I, Puppy Manners II, and Trick Dog Class. My puppy can now comfortably walk on leash without pulling while paying no mind to other people AND pets. I can bring my puppy to a coffee shop and he can settle down and lay in one spot for hours while I work. He no longer is that nervous, shy puppy we adopted. He is a confident young pup who is eager to lead more. He is an absolute pleasure in public and at home. Other people commend his training but we owe it to Molasses Creek Dog Training. My puppy is a rescue hound dog that with Marion’s help, he was able to perform at a level I didn’t think was possible. Puppy Manners I: I didn’t realize how important a group class would be. My puppy had to ignore other distractions and focus on me while gaining a solid foundation in manners. My puppy learned how to ring a bell when he needed to potty (that’s right, NO more accidents since completing Puppy Manners I). Puppy Manners II: This course was a complete game changer for us. Our puppy learned impulse control. Trick Dog Class: SO FUN!!! Our puppy can now do amazing tricks including jump through our arms, figure 8 under our legs, and he can weave through our legs as we walk. He can also whisper, bow, play peek-a-boo and soo many other amazing tricks that are so fun to perform. Marion is an excellent trainer who will take the time to get to know your dog on a personal level. Her positive reviews is what initially sparked our interest, however her knowledge, technique, and also the fact that her classes are actually SO fun make us stay! I have had a crazy schedule and had to miss a few classes and Marion had been SO accommodating. We are sent the coursework in advance to know what to expect and also what to work on when we miss a class. I truly looked forward to going to each class and will definitely be signing up for more courses in the future.
