Monster Dog Training

It's been awhile since training, but I wanted to take a minute to praise Sarah. My dog is a totally different dog. She's calm and confident on walks now. She can walk right by other dogs without paying them any attention. She can also go anywhere and sit calmly around lots of new people and dogs. We can now go anywhere, which is amazing because I travel with my dogs. Sarah did an incredible job with her. The best part though is that she loves dogs! She sent regular updates with lots of videos showing her progress and made sure she was getting play time and care though the entire process.

There isn't enough space to write the review we want to write. Sarah is a phenomenal dog trainer that I cannot thank enough. She doesn't train your dog, she trains you on how to be a good dog parent. You learn how to read your dog and understand how to work with them. All while teaching you, she demonstrates immense care for your fur-ball. We utilized the private lessons and were very grateful for the obvious dedication and focus during these sessions. Additionally, she doesn't try to upsell you on more lessons and wants you and your doggo to succeed in your goal. She provides written lesson plans after each session so you can practice (and remember) everything that was gone over in the session. We had a behavioral concern with our dog so we had to learn how to read and understand them, and Sarah was upfront that we were going to need time and dedication to reinforce behaviors. Our dog is night and day different from when we got him thanks to Sarah's expertise. Lastly, once we finished our private lessons, we are still able to go to group lessons and fine tune skills. You never really leave the community that Monster builds. Thank you so much Monster Dog Training!

Sarah is absolutely AMAZING, I honestly cannot recommend her enough! I have a ten year old coonhound who struggles with reactivity, confidence, pulling and overall hound stubbornness and Sarah has already helped us make so much progress in these areas. What sets her apart is that she doesn’t just work with us during sessions, she gives us the tools to continue being successful between lessons. She’s always available to answer questions and provide support whenever I need it. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about helping us succeed. My dog loves her and I’ve already seen a big difference in her confidence and behavior since we’ve started working with Sarah. I’m excited to keep building on the progress we’ve made so far.
