Ali and his team are beyond professional! Our pup came home well adjusted, happy and behaved much better! Plus, we learned so much and now training him is actually fun, not frustrating. We did the four week board and train. I can’t recommend this investment enough. It makes for happier dogs and happier owners. A few months back I was given the opportunity to rescue a 5 month old Belgium Malinois - Dutch Kix puppy. Upon taking Piper in I realized I was going to need a little help. I knew Piper was smart sweet and talented she was just a bit wild and needed a group of professionals to show her the way. I had seen NASHVILLE K9 online and had heard about their reputation and there history. It did not take long or much homework to know who to call. I reached out to NASHVILLE K9 and had a call back within minutes. Ali was very patient and accommodating in answering all of my questions and assuring me my best friend would be well taken care of. Let’s fast forward to the day I dropped Piper off for camp. Let me say this it’s extremely easy to find just off of 840 in Williamson County. Ali and his awesome Team met us outside and were super sweet and excited to meet piper. The facility has a beautiful as is the training field. We were offered a tour and everything was explained of how the stay was going to go with Piper. The kennel area is spotless and offers different climate controlled and clean areas to keep your animals secure but very happy and comfortable during there stay at Nashville K9. The training field was huge lush and beautiful offering the latest in agility equipment. A few days in we were sent an email with photos and a short paragraph detailing Pipers progress. It was around 20 pics and they do this every four days. Something you will look forward to. While at NASHVILLE K9 Piper needed to go off site to a local vet Battleground Animal Hospital for some scheduled puppy shots that were due after we had originally dropped her off. The staff at NASHVILLE K9 was more than accommodating with email communication and planning. We got there around 10 and piper was outside had a bath and was ready to go already on a leash. The vet appt was a breeze and we took her back to camp there without any issue. The team was outside upon our arrival waiting to get her back on track with her training. True professionals. The emails continued with updates and photos. What we noticed was that Piper was focused engaged and happy. It was very apparent she was learning and having lots of fun in a very training forward and positive environment. Before Graduation and with the four weeks (28 days) came to a close we received emails explaining not only the upcoming graduation process but also explaining the training process so we would know what to expect while re acclimating Piper back into our home. Times dates diets and training schedules were all lined out and detailed. The conditioning processes were explained as well with documentation in pdf forms so we could download them and keep them for future reference. Graduation. We were met at our vehicle by a trainer from their staff. Led inside we were given a folder with a DVD video of the four weeks and all of her paperwork and training schedules. We were then walked through at our pace everything that Piper had learned inside and outside. The reunion. They brought Piper out to us on a leash and she was ecstatic. I would not have expected any less. They gave us ample time to visit but then immediately went into training mode to show us and for us to learn how to work with Piper at home. Very thorough and detailed and spent the amount of time it took for us to learn the process. Once the class was over we went back inside leaned some traits for the inside as well. When we came back in as well her belongings were next to the graduation table and her food that was left over was sitting next to my Vehicle. Several times throughout this day Ali Hemyari spoke with us and could not have been nicer. I think he may have low key fell in love with Piper as well ! Not hard to do !! The entire team from planning to drop off throughout the training to vet appts to graduation could not have been more professional. Period. We even received a letter thanking us for our business with photos from graduation. I will always say this. If you want to do this right go with NASHVILLE K9.
