All of these 5 star ratings are because this guy will give you a free class if you rate him on the first class with him. So they are very biased. He also Doesn't listen to you as a client. I found that any time I asked a question he would go on a rant about something related to my question but never answer it even if repeated. I'm a trainer myself but did not tell him this because I wanted to be treated like any other client. I was looking for alternative methods for my dog because the methods were not working on this particular dog. He does not have alternative methods. Only one method that he claims will work on every single dog. He also sold me a choke chain for $50. I didn't look into the cost ahead of time because I trusted him when he claimed he only made $1 when he sells them and that he gets them specially ordered from Germany. Once I looked closely at the collar that I bought, I noticed it was just a herm sprenger. The same exact collar is between $10-13 on many websites. Huge rip off.

This is the guy who trains police dogs and search and rescue dogs, and this is the guy you want training you and your dog. All lessons are private, which I feel makes a big difference. At his house he will explain what equipment to use and why, the difference between certain gear he offers and the stuff you can buy online or at Petco, and the reasoning behind it all. With a properly fitted choke collar and the confidence to use it properly, and an equal dose of love and encouragement we have seen huge changes in Pretzel. In just a week she is heeling and staying consistently, she no longer barks at dogs on walks, and is an all-around calmer pup. I am so excited to keep working with Sol to eventually get off-leash control, and cannot recommend him enough.
