They not only conquered his fear-based aggression but taught him many commands and techniques to do in varying situations. This is so beneficial to us and him! They also provided us with a video of Ghost performing the commands to reference in the future as well as a lifetime guarantee. They are always available to help and guide us and we are forever grateful!
I used Nora's school back in 1996 with my first dog, Stretch Limo, a Dalmatian puppy. Nora and her staff worked their wonders with him and then me after he was returned. His behavior was so changed I actually checked his markings to make sure it was the same dog. I highly recommend this school and their services.
Sent a puppy to be house broken, kept the puppy for months. The dog came home and was worse the when he left. Did nothing but mess all over the house and mostly in his crate which make me believe he spent alot of time in it. I do not recommend Nora's training to anyone. It is a rip off.

Nora and her team (Rich) have been a God send for me. I reached out to them when I got Hugo to be my service dog after reading the reviews and I could not be happier with the results. I admit I was a little worried as Hugo was so young when they began working with him and I will never forget calling for an update and Nora told me "He is a beautiful boy, but stubborn - but nothing we cannot overcome". When I watched the video they gave me just before he came back home to me I was amazed at how much they had taught him in preparation for becoming my service dog. I now know I can take over and work with him to learn specific tasks I need to perform what I need him to do for me. In short, I trust Nora like I never would with anyone else and I look forward to continuing our work together for Hugo.
