Have you guys been able to reopen daycare yet? And if not do you have plans to?
Hello,
We have recently moved into a new facility and it is under construction. Once it is completed, we will be starting up our Day-Training program, but we will be doing things a bit differently, namely with smaller groups and a heavier focus on training with end goals. We will be making a big announcement on our website and social media pages when it comes time, which we anticipate being before the end of this fall.

I have a bull Mastive. His 7 years old. When I correct him for peeeing in the house he growles at me and try to bite me. Is this a dominate issue. How can I make him stop.

North Country Canine is the #1 place to board and train your dog. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Hedy Starr has vast experience training dogs, their stats has passion and it shows. I’ve trusted them twice to board and train my 100 lb American Bully and they have taken great care to exercise him train him and even accommodated a special diet. When I picked up my dog you can clearly see his obedience increased. I was very pleased with their overall quality of service and professionalism. They have multiple training classes for puppies and obedience classes plus agility and scent work. I highly recommend bringing your dog and signing them up for training or trusting them with your pooch for an extended stay or day care. NCC is top notch!

I’m normally not one to bash a business, however I have to give people a warning. We had our dog booked at North County Canine for 2 nights. My husband specifically talked to them and booked our dog for today 6/29-7/01 plus we prepaid a deposit, they said we’d be able to drop him off beginning at 0800. We’ll we get there 0830 heading out of town and it’s completely dark and absolutely no one in the building. Sign on the building says “no daycare 29th and 30th” Called multiple times with no response.
Edit in response to the owner reply. We were told we could drop off as early as 0800. We were in the parking lot for nearly 30 minutes while trying to find alternative care. The building was completely dark and locked up, no note if any kind saying “be back soon” or the like. We made multiple phone calls with zero response back. If they were out of the office for only 10 minutes I’m sure they would have responded to our voicemails. While we are completely understanding of last minute emergencies we feel as we were left with no choice but to leave.

The entrance was filthy and looks like it was never cleaned or sanitized. Horrible horrible place. Don't understand how people can even leave their loving pet in a place like that.
