Let us be the guiding light of communication between you and your dog! We are balanced trainers focused on providing the best possible experience, tailored to your dog and family! We want to make sure our clients and their dogs come first, and that each person that uses our company has the BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE and no one falls through the cracks with a less than stellar experience. No dog is “too hard” or “too scary” and everyone will come home better and more confident than when they left! We offer specialized dog training, as well as board and train and hybrid programs for behavior modification and rehabilitation in real-world settings. Our programs are tailored to the individual dog and all behavioral issues.

This was such a good experience that we have now signed up for Adventure Camp when he gets old enough. I highly recommend North Star K-9 Training!

Our dog Whiskey danced to the beat of his own drum. He ran in the opposite direction when you called his name, didn’t listen, and was a menace in public. We enlisted the help of Northstar K9 and opted for a 2 week training camp. Our pup returned a new man! He’s the best boy, listening and following commands even when distractions exist. Whiskey is now a distinguished gentleman turned from his menacing ways thanks to his wonderful trainer Ellie. I highly recommend this company, it’s changed our lives for the better!

Unbelievable experience from start up finish. Chloe worked with our Belgian Malinois- Bella. Belgians are super high strung. She had a lot of patience to put a lot of effort into helping us with her. Two and above and beyond when it came time to meet with her to pick her up. Chloe was always willing to drive either halfway or further to help us get Bella back-and-forth. Just an excellent experience, good people and they care.
Chloe and her team did a fantastic job training and boarding our high energy Vizsla. When we came home Chloe brought our dog to our house and trained my wife and I for 3 hours!! There was so much we didn’t know and Chloe taught us how to think like a dog!! Ha . Anyway, we highly recommend Northstar and without hesitation believe in them and their methods.
