Northern Tails Dog Training & Intuitive Animal Communication

My husband and I were nervous to go to the first training since our puppy is such a stinker. He is 80 lbs and has a ton of energy, very hard to control. We did a private lesson to avoid any conflicts. Of course he didn't stop moving the entire time. Lisa was patient, kind and very observant. By the end of the session she had a plan of action for us. He slept the whole way home and most of the night. In a matter of days his behavior has really turned around. I told Lisa she is a miracle worker! So grateful we went. She put us at ease and really gave us the insight we needed to turn things around.

Lisa is an amazing trainer and I highly recommend Northern Tails Dog Training. We went through puppy kindergarten and intermediate classes with my Shiloh Shepherd. The classes are well structured, informative, and include appropriate homework so that you can make daily progress. I came from a history where my previous German Shepherd was trained by another trainer with prong collars and e collars. I thought training had to be done that way to be successful. I have had better results with Lisa's method of training and a stronger bond with my dog. Often times with e-collars and prong collars, dogs might only be receptive or obedient when the training collar is on. With Lisa's method, you get a solid dog in all situations with our without a collar. Her classes are wonderful and she truly has a heart for dogs. You wont be disappointed.
