Off Leash K9 Training Central Florida

I'm very disappointed in this company. I literally watched the YouTube videos for hour's. I save money to be able to have our puppy trained. It looked like magic. If it looks to good to be true. Then consider it just that go with your gut instinct! Our dog was gone for two weeks. She came home and was not what I expected. We where shocked for 2,800 and all the videos we expect fully trained, as noted on the website. I could have done the same training at home, and saved thousands! We dropped her off on a Friday, and was told to pick up our dog on a Thursday. I immediately see her the same way as before we dropped off. I called off leash as soon as I got home to let them know my concern, Because it was immediate when I left the trainer. Right away I get an attitude from the Female on the phone with a heavy Jersey accident. Instead of listening right away had the AUDACITY! To point the finger at us! LIKE WE DID SOMETHING WRONG! When we where excepting more due to there false advertising. My husband is a combat veteran, and wasn't expecting her to behave the way she did. When he told the female on the phone he was frustrated with the results. She automatically used that against us. As though it was our fault the results where not as expected! Because we where frustrated at the disappointment of the reality that we overpaid for this type of results. Lies, Slick talking, Attitude and false advertisement 🤔 The trainer was nice. However nice as she is I feel like the company let us down completely. Now watch the response from off leash! If you notice in the negative ratings (I should have read before I paid for services) "she" was quick to get sassy, and be accusatory to the customer's! NO IT'S YOU FALSE ADVERTISING, AND PREDATORY YOUTUBE VIDEOS!
