Off Leash k9 Training Reno

If you’re looking into training for your dogs, this is the program & trainer. Our two Jack Russells just finished their 10 day training & it is amazing to see the difference in them. Callie is 5 yo and needed some confidence building & she is much more confident now. Finn is 6 mo and needed all the foundational skills. He has made huge strides in minding commands. There was also some aggression with each other with toys & food & also some with other dogs while on walks and they pulled so hard on leash. They now heel quite well, apart and together. Whether going on longer walks, or shorter, the pups are mentally engaged & focusing really well. The place command is going to be substantial so the pups have a safe place to remain while we are preoccupied with cooking, as example. I loved how Rick sent updates of the work they completed each day & the videos to see the progress. We also appreciate the opportunity later, if needed, to have refresher training. We are planning to travel quite a bit with the pups, so this will make them more balanced for all types of scenarios. Pickup day was exciting for all of us & to see the dogs responding so well to our commands so quickly cements that they understand what they’ve learned with this program. When I took our 5-month old Golden Doodle to K9 Off Leashe, she was a typical spaz puppy who tugged on a leash, jumped on people, would not come when called, had a hard time with sit, down, and stay - she was out of control. 10 days later we for back the same spaz puppy, but now she walks with tugging (mostly off leash), we can place her for long periods of time (like dinner time), she lays down when the front door opens and doesn't run out, no more jumping, she comes when called and sits at our feet, and she's great with our grand babies! I would highly recommend Rick's program.

We took our year old boxer to spend 2 weeks with Rick from off leash K9 training. Our boxer Lady was highly anxious, energetic and badly mannered. She was running our house, being destructive and unpleasant. We have had Lady back from Rick for over a month and we are so happy to say we are enjoying her now. Rick gave us daily updates on Lady and followed up with us after the training was done to make sure things were going well. So happy we invested in off leash training! I wish we would have done it sooner. Thank you.

Rick with off-leash K9 was amazing! We did the 10-day board and train for our 4 year old shepherd collie mix. We recently adopted him after he was a stray in San Francisco, he was very stubborn, could not control himself around food, and would get completely distracted from simple things. His food obsession and reactivity made eating dinner nearly impossible unless we gave him a very difficult lick bowl. After getting our boy back, all of our problems are fixed, he’s like a new dog with the same goofy personality. We didn’t do the 14-day off leash because there wasn’t any availability in our desired time frame, however, this 10-day training made him pretty much off-leash trained. If you’re on the fence, just do it, it’s so worth the money to give yourself and your dog a better life. I can’t speak highly enough of Rick’s training.
