Off Leash K9 Training Southern Utah

From start to finish, working with Brittney at Off Leash K9 has been a 5-Star experience. We have a 9 month old yellow lab. She is full of love and is a bundle of enthusiastic energy! While she knew some basic commands at home…when we stepped out the door and she had distractions…she would pull hard on her leash. When people came over she wanted to jump all over them. When she saw another dog on a walk she would go bonkers wanting pull the leash and to play. In other words, she was very unpredictable, strong willed and difficult to control. After two weeks with Brittney, her behavior has changed in remarkable ways. She is still the same happy, enthusiastic pup….but now she is obeying commands in all sorts of settings. And she seems very happy doing so. Brittney used only positive reinforcement from the start. It was very clear in the daily videos she sent that our sweet pup was having fun, loved being with Brittney and enjoyed the challenge of learning. She wanted to please and loved earning her treat rewards. Brittney took her on all sorts of interesting outings. She was exposed to a host of new experiences. Her confidence has grown and she has enjoyed the learning process because Brittney made it fun and Brittney has trained us on how to carry her training forward. Brittney is patient and her love of dogs (and all animals) is evident in her ability to train. She was responsive if we had questions - and sent terrific daily report cards with the video to elaborate on progress and areas needing more work. While it was VERY hard to say good-bye to our pup for two weeks, we knew that it was in our and her best interest to seek professional help. We want to ensure that she is a well behaved dog and a family member all will love being around. In addition, knowing her commands will also keep HER safe for the great life we know she will have with us. She has come home the same sweet pup…but thanks to Brittney, she understands her commands and what is expected. Now it is up to us to do our part. We are excited to do so. We will definitely stay in close touch with Brittney - who has assured us we are welcome to ask questions, seek her input and meet up for follow ups.
