will you be using a shock collar for training
We use ecollars. They are more a muscle stimulation. We have all our clients fill them and understand what is the proper way of using any training tool. We believe in a balanced training method.

I have a 15 month West Highland Terrier Female. I need her to be off leash obedient? I have to pick her up as I open her crate each morning to leash her for our walk. She hates grooming . She also barks. What are the costs and time estimates?
We have multiple training programs that can help your dog's obedience, grooming, and barking issues. We have one on one lessons for you and your dog, 4-week or 8-week sessions depending on whether you want basic or advanced commands. Lilith is a 10 month old Doberman who was very high energy and had some behavior problems. After two weeks with Misty, Lilith came back with her obedience and commands on-point while maintaining her lovable and fun spirit. Great job guys!!

We chose Misty to work with our two dogs (both around 2 years old lab/retriever) even though she is 4 hours away from us because her at home facility is top notch. Not only is that important to us for the 2 weeks of training - but also for the boarding we might need in the future. The daily videos and summaries helped us see things about our dogs we might not have noticed at home. Misty has a great deal of experience with her own dogs and show dogs she works with which helped us learn new things about our dogs relationships we didn’t know before. Unlike other training programs that might focus only on positive reinforcement, the balanced approach with the e-collars is more effective for our dogs. It sets clear boundaries with gradual corrections - and gives us more confidence to have dogs around anybody or take them out and about any time. We highly recommend Misty and her experience and love of all dogs. That plus her home based facilities make it a no brainer decision.
We did the 2 week board and train with Brittany and she was so great! Our puppy is doing really well and she worked a lot with us so we can continue training at home. Brittany will also do refreshers with us any time we need them.

I have nothing but great things to say about Off Leash k9 Training of Southern Utah. The Trainer Misty did an amazing job with my 4yr old and 6 month old Cane Corso’s. Not only did she fine tune my 4yr old commands, misty broke the stubbornness and taught her even more commands. My 6 month old, I got from a breeder a week before training. Bless his heart, he did not know his name, let alone not one command or able to walk on a leash. In less then two weeks Misty taught him his name and all common commands- sit, stay, lay down, place, heal, load up, walk on and off a leash.. the best part is you get daily report cards, videos and pictures on the progress of your dogs two week training journey. I am very impress with the results as Cane Corso’s are known to be very stubborn. I highly recommend Off Leash K9 training for all breeds, of all ages.. if Misty can break the stubbornness of my 4yr Cane Corso.. she can teach any dog, of any age, anything. She truly has a passion for dogs. She treated and even spoiled my dogs as if they were her own and believe me I have some high maintenance needy fur babies.
