Ohana K9 Academy - Dog Training, Boarding & Dog Daycare

We had an amazing experience with this dog training service and can’t recommend them enough. We enrolled our dog Rosie in the four-week board and train program, and the results have been truly impressive. During her stay, they worked extensively on basic obedience commands, leash etiquette, and desensitization and socialization around other dogs. Our trainer, Louie, was exceptional. He is incredibly personable, always willing to answer questions, and made us feel confident and informed throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about Rosie. Louie emphasized building a strong relationship with her first, which made all the difference in her progress. Rosie came home happier, more confident, and with a solid foundation of training that we can continue to build on. We’re so grateful for the care, dedication, and professionalism from Louie and the entire team. This program was absolutely worth it.

We loved Ohana! Their facility is extremely clean, my puppy was very well taken care of while in their care, and everyone there is so kind and professional! We did the 4 week board and train program for our mini daschund-Our trainer was TJ and he was absolutely amazing with our girl Eleanor! These guys are awesome! Been working with Louie for 6 weeks now, such a great guy and a puppy trainer. He knows his stuff for sure, not just him but this place is filled with knowledgeable, great people that will make sure you're puppies are well taken care of and they're always on top of keeping me posted of everything that's happening. I highly recommend Ohana K9 to everyone that has a puppy! They got my pups on point, everyone that sees my how my puppies behaves, are always very impressed by how good and obedient they are. Next up will be the off leash training with them! Very soon!

I would highly recommend Ohana K9 to my family and friends. The approach to dog training at Ohana K9 addresses not only the behaviors, but the also the antecedent, while educating the family from a holistic perspective. Chuyee was our trainer and he was personable, highly knowledgeable, skillful, and extremely patient with Charley my pup, and myself. There was continuous communication every step of the way prior to the start of the 6- week puppy board/train program and throughout the entire training period. I felt confident that my pup was well cared for as Chuyee maintained consistent daily communication through videos and text messages. The weekly meetings with Chuyee provided me with detailed instructions of the training that took place with homework ideas to implement. There was open dialogue regarding how my pup was progressing at home and continuous support was offered. My pup came home each week happy, content, and more confident than the prior week. Upon completion of the program, Charley demonstrates improved self-confidence, a calmer demeanor, and enhanced socialization skills with other dogs, while being more responsive to my commands. I have new tools to support Charley when transitioning to new environments as he learns to become a well mannered dog. I look forward to taking advantage of the continuing education support that Ohana K-9 offers. Ohana K9 is a valuable resource for dogs and their families.
