I highly recommend on point upland dog they are great with your dog treat them like family and really teach them the fundamentals of finding birds ! I have an English fox red lab retriever that I took to Ricardo to have trained in Oct he was 8 months old. And when I got him back after a month of training I wasn’t expecting him to do that great since it was his 1st hunting season and him being young. But I and fellow hunters were super Amazed And surprised At how great he was from the training he received we started pheasant hunting in November the 1st Time out he flushed 6 birds out . And we hunted up till the January when the weather got really bad and so far for the season he has kicked up over 60 pheasant . And my dogs basic training skills really opened up from going to training. He stays at my side till released to hunt and he will sit /change directions/ come back on Whisle commands or collar beeps ! I will be taking him back for training for duck soon !

It was a great experience. My pup has come a long ways. On Point Upland Dogs is very professional and patient with the dogs. My kids loved the improvement videos that was sent. I highly recommend him and will definitely be going back to him in the future. Thank you so much.

We took our 15-week old Lab puppy, Gunner, to see Ricardo and he was truly amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful. We met for a free consultation, and he shared great tips and tricks to start preparing Gunner for duck hunting. Ricardo even keeps birds on-site and mentioned he would bring ducks in for Gunner’s training. He reassured us that we’re already doing a great job with him and encouraged us to bring Gunner back at 6 months so he’ll be ready for next hunting season. Highly recommend!
