I have a problem with my puppy, sometimes it seems like she gets the idea that she's gonna do what she wants to do, when she wants to do it and absolutely refuses to obey any commands I give her. (At least the ones I have made an attempt to teach)
That sounds like a typical pup. Busy and easily distracted. Always make certain your pup truly understands what you want before doing any type of correction. We would be happy to help with one of our highly successful In-home Training Programs.

We hired Lisa from On The Spot Training after an unsuccessful experience with another trainer. We have a 90 Labrador, River Rose, and we couldn't leash walk her or get her to consistently respond to our commands. We hired Lisa and she came to our home and performed miracles. After the very first session River Rose would leash walk beside us. Lisa trained us how to train River Rose. She gave us homework assignments and tips to consistently have River follow our commands. She is truly worth her weight in gold. We can now take River Rose with us anywhere. We highly recommend her. You will get the best reward of your life. A dog that truly is family member for all to enjoy. Everyone loves our River Rose now.

I will absolutely use On the Spot again. Lisa and the other trainers that worked with our Mastador Puppy did a wonderful job. They educate the owner as well as train the dog. I highly recommend them!

Our Border Collie, Oscar, needed guidance (and so did his owner). He was too aggressive when the door bell would ring. He is shy and uncertain when strange people or objects appear. The trainer helped us work with him so that he responded in a more positive way.

Lisa was very punctual in getting back to me & helping me get a plan for training my 5 dogs. She identified our main issues and showed me how to work with them effectively. We have all been very impressed with the results & the dogs looked so forward to her visits.
