I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the training staff, owners, etc. at OTCK9. Our dog Niles was SO reactive to people, other dogs. On walks he would lunge at others and drag me. And let’s not talk about how much our dog HATED the crate. HATED it. We’ve taken him to other trainers and he didn’t do well at all. So needless to say I was discouraged and stuck.
Took him to OTCK9, and in 2 weeks, he is a new boy! He goes in his crate with zero issues. Walks have been FANTASTIC! He has not pulled or dragged me. He responds to corrections. They also showed me and my family their training methods so we can keep up his training here. And it’s made me so much better too! He has been a ROCKSTAR! We’re so grateful to them for all the hardwork and LOVE they put into our boy. I have zero words for how impressed we are by his changes. AND….we can go to unlimited group classes, we can go to doggy daycare now. I’m so glad that Niles will be in a spot where people love him and know him.

I can finally walk him anytime I want to without fear of seeing other dogs. My other dog was so stubborn and insisted on doing things his way. Not anymore. He listens and follows directions with ease. I know I was a huge part of the problem I was having with them. Most importantly they trained me too!! OTCK9 is truly a family that I am now proud to be a part of. I can’t wait to see my dogs (and my) continued success. I’m looking forward to the group classes and everything else they offer. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

Incredible team. The train and board opened us up to the best trainers. If we have a question - we call them and they work through it with us. THEN they follow up the next day. Same thing with daycare and boarding.
The social media updates are also amazing. It’s always a great day when I get to see Ziva having fun randomly on my timelines.
