Is the $$$ going to be worth it though? 😬 1,000% YES. Yes, yes, yes. OTCK9 did their thing with my boy Willie in their 1 week board & train fast track program and I am just wowed with his progress. Even my 8 year old can confidently leash walk him now. She was excited to be included in our family training session and looks forward to practicing with him daily. You can just tell the staff and trainers here love what they do. Jason was thorough and patient with all of our questions. And I feel supported going forward with group classes and day school passes. I am so happy we found this place and made the investment. So if you're skeptical like me, just give them a try. You won't regret it!

I cannot thank OTCK9 enough for my dog’s transformation. Our dog’s reactivity was completely out of control to the point we couldn’t leave the house with him anymore, we couldn’t control his behavior and everything was a trigger, people, bicycles, and especially other dogs. Walking him was as a nightmare in itself as the leash pulling was awful, I’ve been knocked over a few times! Our relationship with our dog was very hurt and he lost confidence in us and we in him. We were no longer enjoying our dog and he was becoming a burden to us. It was very frustrating not being able to provide our dog the life he deserved. We had gone through 2 different trainers before and we did not have a good experience or good outcome with either (one even wanted to use 2 e-collars on him at once!). We were literally at the end of our rope when we reached out to OTCK9 who was as highly recommended. Having lost our hope that our dog could be trained we decided to give it a try anyways, and I’m so thankful we did! Since the first day we contacted them to the day we brought our dog home they have been extremely organized, knowledgeable, kind and supportive. My dog spent 2 weeks there and I was able to follow his progress on social media and they were always happy to text me with updates. I never thought I’d see the day my dog would be walking in public with all his “triggers” right around him. I couldn’t believe the transformation. All the staff at OTCK9 are extremely professional and truly care about the success of your dog and family! They also provided a personalized lesson before coming back home with our dog to teach and guide us on how to maintain the progress, they also gave a detailed written down explanation of it all in to take home. With the knowledge and tools they provided us we now have a calm dog, a dog that I can finally take on walks again 🥹, a WELL BEHAVED dog that listens and is living a much happier life. They not only trained our dog but they fixed our relationship with him. I couldn’t recommend them enough and would use them again and again. They helped us see that there are truly wonderful trainers out there. Lilo is a whole new dog I’m really excited for us to continue working with them!! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT OTCK9!!!!

I can CONFIDENTLY take Poppy ANYWHERE dogs are allowed thanks to OTCK9! Her training is tried and true. It’s work to train a dog - for everyone. OTC will equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to keep up the training and provide you with support through it all. Poppy has done board and train, doggy day school, grooming, and boarding at OTCK9. What they offer is unique; a well rounded facility. These people are truly dog PROFESSIONALS.
