My experience with Sarah-Anne and my 2 unruly young dogs was fantastic!! Sarah-Anne is very thorough, responsive, patient, and an amazing trainer. I learned a lot about dog communication and training with her combination of video classes and in person sessions. She modeled her training techniques and then guided me while I practiced, until I felt comfortable and was doing things properly. You can tell Sarah-Anne loves dogs and teaching. She stayed late every training session to answer my many questions and make sure I felt comfortable with the day's lessons. She often checked in with me during the week and was always available to answer questions outside of our scheduled trainings. During the last training session, Sarah-Anne gave me a custom training reference book for a great refresher. Although I worked with Sarah-Anne and Pack Dynamics over a year ago, Sarah-Anne still checks in to see how my dogs are doing and if I have any training questions or issues I could use help with. Pack Dynamics's life time support truly is life time. I can't recommend Sarah-Anne and Pack Dynamics enough!!

Our dog was a rescue and it was obvious he had some past trauma to work through. Our main reason for contacting Sarah was how reactive he was. He would lunge and nip at strangers if they got to close to him. He was over protective and also had separation anxiety when we would leave. We contacted Sarah and within just one week of working with her, we noticed a big difference in his behavior. Over the course of our training with her he changed dramatically and we can now take him on hikes and not worry about him being afraid of people and over reacting. He is overall more calm and doesn’t care when we leave the house now. Sarah is a miracle worker!!!

Sarah-Anne gave us the foundation that allowed us to learn how to effectively communicate with our sweet Gracie Mae! Once we understood "canine language", things quickly changed for the better. Gracie came to us from a rescue who reported she was found wandering the streets of Fresno. She was around age 2, so it's unknown what her previous life consisted of. She was quite anxious, eager to please, somewhat dominant (though very insecure), and generally out of control as far as social etiquette goes. Sarah-Anne gave us solid strategies that worked almost immediately. Her intuitive, kind nature, combined with her professionalism makes her a joy to interact with. It was clear from the moment I spoke to Sarah-Anne that she was who we were looking for! Her amazing and effective strategies made it possible for us to not only keep Gracie Mae, but to truly love and enjoy her! We recently added 2 new rescue kittens to our tribe, and thanks to Sarah-Anne's sage advice, the (very slow) introductions went splendid! Our pack is now complete, happy, and balanced---Thanks to Sarah-Anne and Pack Dynamics!

I’ll start off by saying that Sarah-Anne with Pack Dynamics is the best thing that could have ever have happened to our animal family. We had adopted a young doggy from a Humane Society in January ’20, and like most young dogs, he had some problem areas that needed to be addressed. Most prominently, his greatest issue was relentlessly chasing our senior kitty who’d always been our Number 1 over the years we’ve had him. This was very upsetting to us, as our cat has always been so loved, cared for, and such an important part of our lives. Now, we were having to isolate him in our bedroom 24/7 in order to keep them completely separated. Jericho would relentlessly fixate on Benson and chase him any chance he could get if Benson were to ever come out into the rest of the house. Being that we loved both our cat and dog fur babies, we desperately wanted to make this new living situation work, so we called upon Sarah-Anne immediately to ask for advice and start training right away. Attached are photos that we thought might never happen of Benson the cat and Jericho the dog sitting next to each other, seemingly without a care in the world. Jericho is almost a completely different dog in the sense that he now acts like he’s been peacefully coexisting with cats his entire life. I think they might even be becoming buddies now. It still amazes me to see this completely different relationship between them, and I find myself grateful every day that our fur family can live so harmoniously together, almost as if there hadn’t been a single problem in the past. Sarah-Anne’s techniques are positive, effective, do-able, and are practiced without any sort of dominating or aggressive techniques on the behalf of the owner. Our family is living proof that her training WORKS. Aside from the cat-chasing, there were other problem areas that had definitely needed attention as well, and through our practices that were instructed, Jericho’s been improving every day. We couldn’t be more proud of him and thankful to Sarah-Anne for providing us the tools to make this happen. On a final note, Sarah-Anne had also helped to bring us some peace of mind about our dear kitty, Benson. Being that he is very old and in a medically fragile state, she communicated to us what Benson wanted for us to know during these physically and emotionally difficult times. It’s brought so much comfort to us knowing his thoughts, feelings, and wishes. We are so grateful. We highly recommend Sarah-Anne with Pack Dynamics and can’t say enough good things about her and her training services. Thank you Sarah-Anne!
