Parker's K9 Academy

Our dog “Lord Beaumont of Mukilteo” had been struggling to maintain his composure (I.e. barking like crazy and unable to stop) and not always acting like a polite gentleman in the face of: 1. Other dogs who dare to be outside while he is in our car. 2. People who walk, run or walk their dog past our front yard while he’s at home. 3. He also was very opinionated when walking. Pulling hard with all his 85 lbs strength towards whatever smell takes his fancy. 4. Etc. In two weeks with Parker, our dog was transformed and, another two weeks after that with his guidance and coaching, so were we. (Parker understands it’s not only the dog that needs to be educated.) I highly recommend and endorse Parker’s great approach, execution and follow up with us.

I would highly recommend Parker's K9 Academy to anybody who is looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable dog trainer. Parker helped us with our highly reactive dog, Petey, and the transformation was a night and day difference. Before taking Petey in to train with Parker we dreaded any time we would have to interact with people outside of our household, daily walks were a challenge and we were at a point where we were unsure of how he would would react and the uncertainty of it was stressful. After two weeks with Parker our daily walks are now no longer dreadful and Petey has the confidence to walk by strangers calmly and with ease. He no longer pulls, lunges or reacts to his triggers. Not only were we happy with how much Petey learned during those two weeks, but we were amazed at how much communication Parker supplied. We had daily updates which included photos and videos to see progress. This really helped ease my mind on leaving my fur baby knowing that he was in good hands with someone who genuinely cared for his well-being. Overall, we couldn't have been more happy choosing Parker's K9 Academy to help with our dog's needs.

We sent our stubborn Basset Hound, Cooper, to Parker’s 2-week board and train program and couldn’t be happier with the results. Cooper had issues with excitement nipping, barking, and listening, which was especially concerning with a toddler in the house. Parker worked wonders—he brought out a calmness in Cooper that we didn’t think was possible. Now he stays in place, has stopped nipping, and continues to improve with the tools Parker gave us. We’re so grateful and highly recommend Parker’s K9 Academy!

Had a great experience working with Parker. Daily updates with pictures and videos about my pup’s progress. The half-point check in where I got to drop by and see their progress in person, as well as getting the instructions 1:1 on how to continue training after coming home. Even after coming back home with my pup he still checks in and continues to answer all my questions regarding training. Great experience.
