Pat did a fabulous job with our rescue who was a bit wild and anxious. His approach to training is caring and patient both with the dog and dog-parents. Our dog learned to be a very good boy on the leash, a sweet boy in public and had a good grasp of basic commands thanks to Pat. We highly recommend Pat’s dog training services !

HIGHLY recommend Pat’s Pack for dog training. I called several training facilities in the area and Pat was the only trainer who was confident he could help with my reactive GSD (All the other training facilities told me the problem was with my GSD being intact and that training alone wouldn’t produce the results I wanted). Pat was able to help us understand what caused the dog reactivity and how to make our pup comfortable in several situations. Now we’re able to go out in public confidently with our GSD. Thanks, Pat!

I cycled through several trainers until I found Pat -- and he is BY FAR the best and is the only one I will use/recommend now. He really understands dog (and human!) psychology which makes for a smart and effective trainer. Sessions are a good mix of instruction, and also practice, and adapts to the dog's needs. (I did a series of weekly private sessions which were good --- he also though has other training options like board and train, etc. which I hear are good as well.) I HIGHLY recommend Pat and was grateful to find him -- look no further you have found the best trainer in San Diego!
