Paws and Possibilities is a professional dog training company in Annapolis, MD serving dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, including puppies, adult dogs, and reactive dogs. We make dog training simple, practical, and effective so you can see real progress and build a better relationship with your dog, in person or virtually.
We offer puppy programs, group training classes, in-home and at our facility private training, virtual private lessons, board and train, day train, reactive dog programs, pet therapy training, and virtual group class memberships.

My wife and I recently completed a 5-session, in-home training adventure with Bella, our 2-year-old female black Lab, and Lauren Dillard of Paws and Possibilities. The flexibility of in-home sessions fit well with my work schedule, and the results were surprisingly noticeable in a short space of time. Using rewards and repetition, and leveraging Bella's learning ability and natural instinct to please her masters, we trained her to walk around the block without straining at the leash or lunging for rabbits and squirrels. She also learned to stay or come on command, to sit when visitors arrive without jumping on them, and to not dash ahead of us going up or down the stairs. Lauren was a patient and skilled trainer with a wealth of practical insight into dog behavior and motivation. I would heartily recommend her to other dog owners. Taking walks with Bella now has become a real delight, rather than a tiring wrestling match with a spirited 90-pound pup! I'm not sure which one of us looks forward to the walks more.
