Melissa truly has a gift for communicating with dogs and learning their personalities and what is the best way to teach them and you. We can now enjoy Minka, our Siberian Husky, to the fullest off and on leash. On hikes and trails we get so many comments from people asking how we trained her. Melissa also worked with us to get Minka certified as a Therapy dog - something we never thought possible. Melissa took 2 of my pups for a week long board and train. She worked wonders with our little rescue chihuahua, Diego! He was a nervous little guy, afraid of everyone and everything! In one short week she was able to build up his confidence so much that he is now a very happy member of our whole family! She also taught our 5 year old lab loose leash walking and socialization manners! It is an absolute joy to be able to calmly walk him down the street now.
