Kaylan worked wonders with our "beyond hyperactive" Australian Shepherd. While our dog was 2 at the time off training and set in her ways, Kaylan calmed her down, instilled a discipline mind set and taught our dog to be less needy. She also gave us a customized (to our dog's needs and issues) "homework" plan to maintain the high level of training our dog underwent. The hardest part for us to get started on the process was turning our dog over to Kaylan for several weeks. It was the best thing for the dog and our family. Think of your dog as a kid being sent to summer camp to have fun. The dog absolutely loved it. Dogs at Pawsitive Manners school have a large, fenced-in yard to run and play and do their training. And yes, they are socialized with other dogs quite well. There isn't anywhere else around that you'll get the same value, care and quality training for your dog. I'll say that prior to Pawsitive Manners School, my wife tried another place in Baton Rouge where you bring the dog and do training with other people and their dogs. If you want success, Kaylan's total immersion in training with the dog, trainer and other dogs is the way to go. There are no distractions from dog owners. The dogs stay focused on training and having fun. Only thing I wish we had done differently was start the training at an earlier age.

Kaylan is a miracle worker I swear. We have 2 German Shepherds that we dropped off to her with serious issues, one is a male, the other a female. The male had horrible anxiety to the point of incessant whining, and the female suffered from litter mate syndrome. I didn't even know what that was until Kaylan saw them, they needed a lot of attention and she was able to handle them both. In a matter of weeks, we now have a male that isn't whining 24/7 and a female that is much more well mannered and is doing much better with the litter mate syndrome. 10/10 recommend her for any issues you're having, she can handle it!
