It’s hard to find trainers who use only positive force free methods. We were impressed with their facility and the knowledge they shared with us - they communicated with us frequently and that was most important to us.

Thank you Pawsome University for helping us with our new 6 month old puppy. Jamie has been an asset with explaining to us and making us understand the nipping, the excitement when she sees us and the separation anxiety. We’ve put a plan in place with positive reinforcement and it has put a calm over our pup and family. At times I use the pointers we’ve learned with our youngest child, and it works. Yes, have we had set backs, of course pup is only 6 months old, but Jamie has been there with more pointers and ideas and explanations to why it’s happening. Thanks Jamie and John!!

We had the pleasure of working with Jaimie from Pawsome University. She listened to our needs, addressed them, and helped our dogs manage their anxiety better when guests would come over. At the end of our sessions I was able to have a handyman work in my kitchen with our two dogs in the house with no issues. The zoom meetings are super convenient and effective. I loved the flexibility that Pawsome University has especially as a busy mom. Jaimie was always only a text away with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend using Pawsome University!
