We can’t say enough about Jaime and John! We used them for the first time when we rescued our blind dog over 4 years ago. We were also trying to introduce our 12 yr old set in her ways dog to our new blind puppy. Jaime was amazing at teaching us techniques to work with them and to remind us how normal it all was. She would teach with compassion and positive reinforcement. Jaime went as far as meeting us with her blind dog in the park to see first hand what to do. We recently recommended her to my niece for training of her new puppy. Great trainers and the nicest people.

I was referred to Pawsome University and have been completely satisfied with the services I have received. My dog is an adult that I adopted from a shelter that had an abusive history and was experiencing anxiety and reactivity. He really needed a great deal of support to transition into a home. Jamie has been professional and kind and supportive. I have found her very responsive to my questions and concerns. She has been able to help me problem solve and better understand his behaviors and how they can be managed to improve his quality of life. I had reached out to multiple trainers who would not even consider working with him due to history and his breed . I found her very responsive and supportive and she was not deterred by his history or his breed. I would highly recommend their services for any dog training and or if one needs assistance with behavioral and or anxiety or reactivity issues and or just puppy issues!

I first met John and Jamie when I had adopted my dog from the SPCA. Unbeknownst to me, my dog was actually on "the list" for behavioral issues mainly because his previous owner traumatized him and locked him inside a crate that was too small for him. So my wife and I essentially had our work cut out for us from the get. However, John and Jamie's dedication to what they do and their belief in our dog and his ability to rebound never wavered. With a lot of hard work and consistency, we worked on a range of items that included conquering his anxiety, managing his moments of distress, preparing our dog for the respective arrivals to his two sisters five years apart from one another and eventually getting him to actually go outside and go for a walk which is something he was just terrified to do. John and Jamie have remained a viable sounding board and an outlet for guidance and support. We utilize their services for walks with their phenomenal team of staff members and have also worked with them several times when we've gone on vacation. Not only have they helped our dog life a much better life but they've enhanced ours as well. We're grateful to have them and will continue to sing their praises to everyone we know.
