Platinum Dog Training

Both of our dogs made tremendous strides with Michael. He was prepared each week with a new skill to teach them and us. We did an 8 week program and started with one dog and ended up moving on to the other dog and eventually had a session with both dogs together. He worked with them on things that we didn’t even know bothered us and they now have a lifelong skillset that’s easy to maintain for both the dogs and the humans. We loved that the training wasn’t overwhelming and that we were able to customize it to our needs/wants and could address certain items as they came up. Our dogs knew a few of the commands, but there were also a few they didn’t know and with Michael’s training technique they were both able to pick up on the unknowns very quickly. Michael was very nice, easy to work with, listened to our concerns, assisted with any questions we had between sessions extremely quickly, and our dogs warmed up to him very fast. 5 stars. As someone that had previously paid more, for less training and didn’t see results, I cannot recommend Platinum Dog Training enough. It was well worth the investment.

Michael was amazing training George. He is kind, professional, and clearly gifted in this profession. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed them well, which made me feel confident that George was in good hands. His ability to connect while still maintaining a high standard of instruction made a real difference in George’s progress. He explains things clearly, stays patient, and creates a positive learning environment that builds confidence. Overall, Michael is an outstanding trainer and we highly recommend him.

5 stars isnt nearly enough, I'd give 100 if I could. I was feeling hopeless and that I had failed my dog before I found PDT. Michael was amazing to work with. He has a true love and understanding of dogs and works well with the humans too😆 There are several package options to suit all training needs and believe me when I say it is worth every penny. My dog and I now have the tools we need to be successful, but more importantly this training helped us gain a relationship I never thought we'd have. That's something you can't put a price tag on.

We had a great experience working with Michael while training our puppy, Tiger. His approach focused on real obedience and responsiveness, and the results have been outstanding. Tiger now listens on command and is extremely solid with sit, come, down, and heel. Just as importantly, he’s calm, controlled, and confident when walking in public. The training was structured, practical, and easy to reinforce at home, which made a big difference. We’re very happy with Tiger’s progress and would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for effective, real-world dog training.
