Platinum Dog Training

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Micheal! From the very start, it was clear how knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring he was with my dog and me:) He took the time to understand my dog’s personality and explained everything to me very well! I saw noticeable improvement in my dog’s behavior immediately, and the training sessions were positive, calm, and encouraging. My dog was eager to learn, and I felt confident continuing the training at home. I couldn’t be happier with the results! 🐾

I first came to Michael feeling powerless and full of anxiety. Freja, our 6 yr old German Shepard had recently developed some reactivity issues which caused a lot of fear around taking her on walks and interacting with strangers and other dogs. He helped us learn how to communicate with Freja in a way that makes sense to her. Because of that we’ve built more trust, deepened our bond, and have a much better understanding of her behavior and how to handle it. I’ve missed being able to take her out and about without having anxiety. Now that Michael’s equipped us with the tools to help control our dog’s reactivity I feel that not only mine, but also my dog’s quality of life has improved! Michael is thorough and well informed. He has helped to shift our relationship with our sweet girl to a much healthier and calmer one. He not only trained our dog, but he trained us too! I feel like a confident owner now knowing I have the ability to change my dog’s habits. Thanks Michael :)

Michael was very knowledgeable and accommodating! He was a pleasure to work with and communicated well. I love how he focused on training both dog and owner so I felt confident to continue the training on my own. I was very nervous picking a trainer for our anxious dog, but he was incredibly kind and our dog did so well with him! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dog trainer in the Des Moines area.
