My dogs and I just finished working with Colleen. She is an incredibly caring, smart, and competent trainer who I would recommend to anyone seeking help with any variety of dog challenges! Not only does she set up you and your pup(s) for success through positive reinforcement and reward-based training, she is very organized and provides detailed reports full of wins and things to work on, as well as suggestions for different products and techniques, which is very much appreciated! I am happy to say that after just a few sessions, my dogs are doing really well with their training and I feel more confident in myself to continue to bring out the best in them. Having worked with various trainers in the past, Colleen is truly the best. I was sad to see our sessions end! But I will be forever grateful for all she's done for me and my dogs.

My dog is a medium-sized Havanese mix with a feisty, playful, and protective personality. He has always been reactive, and it became more intense after we moved. Though he’s friendly once comfortable, he's is not with strangers and is aggressive toward anyone who reaches towards him. He is also easily triggered by dogs, wheels, runners, children, and sudden noises. Colleen has been wonderful with him. She was patient, quickly learned his temperament, and adjusted his training to fit his needs. My dog is still a work in progress, but I’ve already seen a big improvement. His reactivity on walks has decreased, and he’s calmer in stressful situations. I’m very grateful for Colleen’s guidance in helping build his confidence and improve his behavior

We had a wonderful experience working with Colleen. We have two older dogs who went through a few behavioral changes and had some scuffles that really worried us. Working with Colleen helped us learn to recognize their behavior cues and how to redirect them using positive reinforcement. She gave me the confidence and resources to trust in my training skills, so our dogs can live peacefully together in a calm way, while also teaching us how to meet their needs.
