Yes you were here only once October 6th..and said your partner would come back during the daytime. No comments of any kind were made at that time. You expressed everything was fine and had no questions. There was an older rescue dog in class very well under control and no risk to anyone. He just barked alot because he had been in a shelter for the last 6 years . The owner had done some private work with me and knew how to handle him. I know very well what I am doing and everything is very controlled. No dogs or people are ever in danger here. I would not have been in business for 35 years and have never had an incident of any kind.. Open ended classes are challenging as everyone is at a different level so we work with each team separately and then do a group exercise. It is very different than classes where exercises are all in order and dogs are all the same age. I did those for many years and much prefer the newer method which allows dogs to start right away and people to take as long as needed to complete. It offers a different and more complete socialization for all dogs. I never do anything dangerous and I have extensive knowledge of dog behavior. So sorry you never gave it a chance. I have responded privately by text to this most unfortunate review. This client was here May 5th only and I have not heard a word from her except two weeks later she told me he was sick and should be fine for class again in two weeks. I expressed my deep concern for his health and also for her. I did my best to help her in class but she would not give me any answers to my questions of how I could help her and what problems she was looking to work on. She told me he was going to conformation classes so he could not do any of the things I tried to show her. I just adjusted the information and thought that I would help her much more in the weeks ahead. I must say I have never "freaked out "about dog interactions in my classes in 35 years. She left here planning on returning in two weeks and everything was fine. She has my text number and said she would be returning when he was better. No further communication until this out of the blue. Clients have as long as needed to complete the class so money was never discussed. I cannot help anyone if they don't communicate with me. I take my clients very seriously and will do everything in my power to help them. I love my work and it is very rewarding. I wish them all the best going forward!
